Outdoor winter enthusiasts enjoy skiing at Bromley, Magic Mountain, Mount Snow, and Stratton Mountain. Other popular winter activities include snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, and ice skating. The beautiful Equinox trails are great for a winter hike.

In the warmer months, there are plenty of trails for beautiful scenic hikes, walks, and drives. The Lye Brook Falls Hiking Trail goes up to one of the highest waterfalls in Vermont. Residents also enjoy golfing, picnicking, boating, and fishing. Manchester has some great local Farmers Markets, too.
